Kirkwall, United Kingdom

Today, we visited Kirkwall which is a city on Orkney Island. Pictured is the Magnus Cathedral. The city was founded in the 12 century by a Viking turned Christian. He was murdered by his cousin, because he refused to kill without good reason. He was axed in the middle of the skull.
